Pine Hill Springs is 174 beautiful spring fed acres located in South Georgia, less than two miles from the Florida border. Beneath the pristine landscape lies the most productive aquifers in the world and the source of Pine Hill Springs. The property location on this rechargeable aquifer is an area of highest transmissivity, and the aquifer is beneath the intergranular gypsum area, drawing high volumes of water closer to the surface. Pine Hill Springs, unlike many water sources is protected immediately to the west and north by fault lines, stopping and damming pollution from industry, municipalities, rivers and other man made pollutants.
Pine and hardwood trees circle the property creating a total private sanctuary. As you enter the area of 115 open acres, you can see the dome that overlies the vast underground lime rock natural storage tank preserving the spring water. This reservoir of inexhaustible pure water comes from the very heart of the Floridan Aquifer.
The Pine Hill Springs location is site ready and permitted for a water bottling operation for consumptive use. These transferable permits allow for two new 12" wells approved for .590 million gallons per day. On the property is an existing third agricultural well approved for 1.440 million gallons per day that can easily be converted for the bottling process.
Located in a sparsely populated part of the state, locals welcome industry insuring ease of building a water bottling facility. The Pine Hill Springs location has ample access to transportation and major markets both local and throughout the Southeastern United States.
